- No scanning of prints. Prints that are scanned and uploaded to the Internet for personal and/or commercial use are in violation of copyright law.
           
- CDs are sold with a personal use license for printing up to size 4x6. Photos may be displayed on the Internet for personal use only (i.e. on sites such as facebook/myspace).
           
- If you wish to purchase a jpeg/digital file for commercial use you can do so by selecting a web-ready file for $17.00 and/or a high resolution image for $27.00. (Note that purchase of a high-resolution image is the best value – as you will also be able to use this file for large-size prints.)


I am not a hobbyist photographer. I am a full-time freelance professional and as such, I depend upon photo sales to support my growing family. It is (literally) up to me to put food on the table each month, and thus I take copyright infringement very seriously. Beware that if you use my photos in an inappropriate manner you will be caught.
